Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this site. It aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

• Every page works with a keyboard and a screen reader, and is tested with automated accessibility checks each time it changes.
• Grades are always written out in words, never shown by colour alone.
• Text can be enlarged to 400% without losing content, and the site follows your device’s light or dark setting.
• Searching needs JavaScript. Without it you can still browse schools by local authority or academy trust.

If something doesn’t work for you, please tell us what page you were on and what happened. We aim to reply within five working days.
